SALVUM LOTUM. О СКЛОПУ И СМИСЛУ ЈЕДНЕ ЛАТИНСКЕ ПОЗДРАВНЕ ФОРМУЛЕ
Abstract
У овом прилогу реч је о једном латинском поздраву који се јавља у
сцени погубљења вероучитеља Сатура у Мучеништву Перпетуином и Филикитатином,
гл. 21. Аутор подсећа да је поздравна формула ту искоришћена сасвим необично, јер
уместо љубазности служи свирепом сарказму. Затим испитује сведочанства њене
нормалне употребе. Тврдећи да је, упркос ситуационој и функционалној еквиваленцији
поздрава salvum lotum и καλῶς ἐλούσω, латинска формула у самој основи друкчија од
грчке, аутор разматра њен системски положај међу поздравима који су се по
античком обичају упућивали пре и после купања, и расправља логику елипсе која је у
salvum lotum.
