ТЕОДОСИЈЕВ КОДЕКС И ЦРКВЕНИ АЗИЛ
Abstract
Одабиром теме настојимо да прикажемо историјски развој и
законско конституисање црквеног азила посредством црквених и државних закона
(Теодосијев кодекс, канони Васељенских сабора), као и кроз анализу појма црквеног
азила у српским средњовековним изворима и законодавству.
